Who’s on First Smoothing Milky Base Coat
This is a quick drying, smoothing, milky, base coat coat. Excellent for nail art of all kinds. Wonderful longevity.

All polishes are 5 free so you can feel comfortable using Bluebird products. They do not contain camphor, toluene, formaldehyde, dibutyl phthalate (DBP) or formaldehyde resins. Never ever tested on animals (my dog won't sit still long enough for me to paint her nails).
All sales are final unless product is damaged during shipping process. In case of damage please notify me to return product and I will happily replace the damaged item.
